Another spring day, calls for another spring staple. Along with the black leather shorts, it’s just as necessary to have a pair of white jean shorts. Just like black, white also tends to go with just about anything. The pair I have today is the perfect mix of my favorite things: cut-off, high-waisted and studded. You just can’t go wrong with these.

One big trend this season, again, is high waisted shorts worn with either crop tops, or tucking shirts in. I am a HUGE fan of both. These shorts do not come up as high (I like to usually wear crop tops only if my shorts/pants come past my belly button, because really you just don’t need that much showing) so I chose to wear my shirt tucked in.

As much as I love wearing these, I also dread how careful I need to be. Even taking this photo today could have been a disaster because white is so delicate, but hey beauty isn’t easy right?

If black leather shorts aren’t for you, try a pair of white jean ones instead. You can mix your looks just as easily. I found this pair at Urban Outfitters, but you could just as easily make your own pair by cutting off some jeans from Goodwill before investing too much money in them (even though I truly don’t think you’ll regret it.)
