The perfect spring day, calls for the perfect spring outfit. After browsing my closet, for some time, I found exactly what I wanted. Even though it’s spring, and pretty muggy outside, you can still wear your favorite knits.

I typically wear these knit shorts in the fall with tights or leggings, because they are knit so they are a little thicker material. Today, I opted against tights, so it was really weather appropriate. I also chose to wear my knit top and it was still cool enough to even throw on a light sweater. I also chose this outfit because I loved the light pastel combination this outfit created.

Pastel colors are so beautiful and they make each piece of clothing look girly and delicate. It is extremely easy to feel feminine when wearing a pastel combination like this one I chose today. To add an even more girly feel, I chose to wear my hair in a top knot bun. Once again, this finishes the entire look by giving it a real “ballerina/feminine” feel.

After looking through my past posts, and even through my wardrobe, I noticed I have been wearing a lot of black. I can’t help it. I just gravitate toward this color in everything because it goes with EVERYTHING. I really wanted to have a different style today and pastels were the perfect place to start.

Change your look up a little bit, this is what fashion is all about. If you want to try to be more girly, try some pastels. The possibilities are endless.
