Today was just one of those days. I drove back to Ball State University battling with the slush on the roads, but all is well in the fashion world! Being the optimistic person I am, I was determined to make my Monday wonderful, and what better way than to wear a simple, yet chic outfit.

My shirt is from PacSun and my black jeans are from Forever 21. This look is so simple, but works so well because it does not look like you are trying to hard, it is comfortable, and it just looks very nice. This was the best medicine for a dreary Monday. Black jeans really are a staple. They are perfect for going out, but they are extremely easy to dress down, as I did today. I suggest finding the perfect pair for you and always have them in your closet! These are definitely a favorite of mine, as I’m sure you can tell from my previous posts. Plus, spring really is around the corner, so it’s almost time for some bright, fun colors! I can not wait, but these too can be paired with black jeans for a nice going out look.
