If you are anything like me, which I assume you are at least a little considering you are on my blog page, but if you’re like me, you are absolutely HATING this winter. What’s that popular phrase…”I just can’t.” I’m so over it, but since we have no control over it (besides the luxury of relocating to the south) our only option is to deal with and embrace it with our final chance to show off our winter pieces.
Today, I actually blend a little with winter because I am wearing a plain white Willi Smith sheer blouse. I paired this with my subtle-printed pants. I also chose to wear some boots (that will not be seen again until maybe cooler spring days/nights) that are not made for winter, but I rocked them all day because they really did complete the outfit. Today was a good lesson for always seeing the bright side of everything, yes even winter. I could have decided to wear sweat pants with sweatshirt, but let’s be real, that’s just not me (until I am home for the rest of the night, or wearing my boyfriend’s sweats, then its ok) 🙂 Today’s look stems from me being so ready for this season to be over, but until it passes, I chose to see that this is my final opportunity to show off my winter pieces one more time. Embrace the day and the season and just have some fun with it!
Steal my look: My white blouse is a Willi Smith from TJ Maxx, my printed pants are from American Eagle and my boots are True Religion.
